Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on your selected delivery method and destination.

The available options include:

• Free Standard Shipping for orders over 50 AUD
• Standard Shipping for orders less than 50 AUD. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days for Metro – 10 AUD
• Express Shipping – Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days for Metro – 15 AUD
  

We use Sendle/Australia Post with Tracking Service to send out all our orders. Rural deliveries might take longer based on the location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, subject to Australia Post’s policies or unforeseen delays. 

Shipment Processing Time
We value every order and aim to process and dispatch within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, minor delays may occur; in such cases, customers will be promptly notified via email.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can update it in our system. If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to change the address, and a redelivery fee will apply. Please ensure you double-check that you've entered the correct address when placing your order, as we are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to avoid any issues.
